The Capsule CRM integrated into the inbox of your Google Workspace. This helps you to easily add contact details and new leads into the CRM software. The integration takes the form on a side bar to the right of your inbox. The sidebar allows you to also add opportunities tagged to the specific contact, without leaving your Google Workspace inbox. You can also add tasks, but some specific setting such as recurring tasks is not possible.
