When a fire alarm is triggered, it is usually checked upon and deactivated manually. The technician is on standby during weekdays from 8.30am – 6.00pm. And endeavour to respond within 2 min. On weekends and after office hour, the alarm will continue ringing until a technician or SCDF arrives.
